His notable milestones included being recognized as the Youngest Managing Director in 2020 and the Youngest Group Head in 2021. At Henley & Partners, he led 40% of the company's total fee earning headcount and was responsible for reengineering business development strategy globally, spanning regions from South Africa to Israel and from the USA to Hong Kong.

As a successful venture builder, Sandeep has demonstrated his competence in the renewables sector by effectively building, managing, and exiting a multimillion-dollar climate tech business. Sandeep began his career as a management consultant, gaining valuable experience during his tenure at Accenture and Infosys across the United Kingdom and India.
Sandeep's academic journey is equally impressive, having graduated from Bangalore University with honours on the Dean's list. He further pursued his Master’s at the University of Lancaster, where he was honoured as a Fulbright scholar, recognizing his exceptional academic achievements.
Sandeep is an avid marathon runner.
Tiffany Ong is a Partner for North Asia at Farro & Co, where she plays a crucial role in the company's operations and strategic initiatives focused on China, Taiwan and Hong Kong market. Before joining Farro & Co, she built a solid foundation in the banking industry, amassing over a decade of experience. Tiffany's exceptional performance as a banker propelled her to the position of a cluster head in RHB, where she successfully led a team of Relationship Managers. Additionally, she also served as a branch manager at Bank of China, further expanding her expertise in the field.
Over the years, Tiffany has developed valuable experiential insights on private client advisory matters including estate planning and wealth management focusing on the Greater China markets. Her insights and understanding of the region make her an asset in providing effective advisory services to clients.
Tiffany holds a degree in Economics and European Studies from the prestigious National University of Singapore.

Abhishek Menon is a Partner for the Middle East region at Farro & Co, where he plays a crucial role in the company's operations and strategic initiatives across Middle East and South Asia.
More recently, he was responsible for establishing and growing the South Asia business at Henley & Partners, showcasing his ability to drive expansion and deliver results while launching new markets. Prior to that Abhishek served as a private banker at Deutsche Bank for over 10 years managing high and ultra net families across Asia and Middle East. Abhishek has first-hand seen the evolution of private banking in subcontinent, and he actively contributes to thought leadership within wealth management space.
Abhishek is a firm believer that an alternative residence has become an integral wealth planning tool for families globally. He is passionate about educating the benefits of same.
Abhishek graduated from prestigious London School of Economics, Additionally, he pursued his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Asian Institute of Management, further enhancing his business acumen and leadership skills.
