Deepesh Agarwal is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Farro & Co. He brings extensive experience in the consulting, financial and compliance sectors to Farro & Co. He co-founded Argus Global in 2018, leading its growth into a top compliance consulting firm until its acquisition by Waystone Compliance Solutions in 2021. Previously, he held leadership roles at Multinational Banks such as Barclays, UBS, and Standard Chartered, managing large client portfolios and driving business growth.

Known for his deep understanding of client requirements and problem-solving skills, he has helped clients achieve their desired outcome.

Manish Tibrewal was the Chief Executive Officer at Maitri, an award-winning fund manager and multi-family office in Singapore. He has over 18 years of experience working in various leadership roles across India, Africa, and Singapore at the multi-billion dollar Tolaram group. He is regarded as an expert on risk management and sustainable wealth strategies, and is a senior advisor at the Wealth Management Institute founded by GIC and Temasek.

He was instrumental in devising the Family Office Program at the Family Business Network and is a frequent speaker at various prestigious forums.

Mahesh Kumar was a tax partner at Withers Worldwide, the largest international law firm focused on private wealth. He advises clients on complex cross-border structures for funds, investments and business operations. He also advises on multi-generational succession and wealth planning strategies as well as structures for family offices, trusts and cross-border philanthropy. He was ranked by Singapore Business Review in an exclusive list of the most influential lawyers in Singapore.

He is an elected member of the Executive Committee of the International Fiscal Association, Singapore. He regularly speaks at major conferences worldwide and is widely published.

Rebekah Woo has more than 20 years of global markets and investment experience across geographies, asset classes and strategies. Previously holding key positions at leading organizations such as EDB, JP Morgan Asset Management, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), Fosun and multi-billion dollar single family offices, Rebekah has an established track record in sourcing, due diligencing, executing and managing portfolios and direct investments. Rebekah graduated from LSE and Yale and is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.

She is a respected trainer on alternative investments and family offices as well as an active contributor on corporate boards, non profit committees and advocate for diversity and women leadership.

Daniel is a seasoned professional with expertise in immigration, mobility solutions, and financial services tailored for global citizens. Skilled in managing high-net-worth (HNW) client portfolios, Daniel excels in client relationship management, regulatory compliance, and building strategic partnerships.

Driven by a passion for empowering global citizens, he combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of cross-border mobility complexities.

Before joining Farro & Co., Daniel gained valuable experience across diverse industries, including insurance, private banking, and international chambers of commerce.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience in client relationship management, having spent several years in the Australian banking industry, where she specialized in home lending and personal banking.

Her background includes over five years in luxury retail, where she honed her skills in delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships.

In both roles, Sarah demonstrated her leadership capabilities by guiding her teams toward achieving operational excellence.

Khalida Adigozalova is an Associate Partner for the Middle East region at Farro & Co. Khalida spent 7 successful years in Business Aviation across Europe where she experienced acclerated progression in her career. Khalida studied medicine at the prestigious Riga Stradins University in Latvia, Business Administation at University of Latvia and and is currently pursuing a Design degree from the London School of Design and Marketing where she is expected to graduate in 2024.

Drawing from a diverse array of experiences, Khalida has cultivated a unique skill set that positions her as a dynamic and versatile individual in her professional pursuits. In her leisure time, Khalida attends classical and jazz music concerts, opera, ballet, and art exhibitions.

JingRou has extensive experience in project management within the healthcare and compliance industries. She has worked at various startup organisation where she managed projects from visualisation to completion.

Known for her leadership and problem-solving skills, JingRou consistently delivers projects that not only comply with regulatory requirements but also enhance organisational efficiency. Her diverse experience has made her resilient and adaptable, allowing her to thrive in dynamic markets and environments.

Jessica Liu has over a decade of experience in Private Banking, encompassing roles in operations and client-facing front office positions which involves direct interaction with clients to address their financial needs, ensure operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service.

Holding a Business Degree with Honours in Marketing, Jessica is equipped with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour. Through a range of experiences in different roles, Jessica has developed a distinctive skill set that makes her a dynamic and adaptable professional. In her leisure time, Jessica enjoys playing tennis and watching movies.
