One of the following options can be availed:

  • Donation: A non-refundable contribution of USD 250,000 to the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) for a single applicant or family of up to four.
  • Real Estate (Condominium/Share): A minimum investment of USD 325,000 in an approved condominium unit or developer project share, which must be held for a minimum of seven years.
  • Real Estate (Private Home): A minimum investment of USD 600,000 in an Approved Private Single-Family Home, which must be held for a minimum of seven years.

Dependents

Spouse, unmarried children under 30 who are substantially dependent on the main applicant (with no full-time study requirement), and parents and grandparents aged 55+, as well as the ability to add dependents after citizenship has been granted to the main applicant.
